What is a sitemap?
If you have started a blog on WordPress or blogger and started to post creative and engaging content, then you must create a sitemap for your blog or website. It will help search engines to identify a topic of your content and will rank your article and website high in search results. You can say that a sitemap is a must thing for a blog or any website.
A sitemap is a page of our website on which each and every link of our website is placed. A well-structured page through which we can go to each and every post or page of our blog/website.
How to create a sitemap for blogger?
Blogger doesn't provide as many features to create an automatic sitemap for our websites but we can use some custom coding skills to do this job. As you know it is very difficult to update each and every link of our website to a page regularly. So we will do some automation and our sitemap will be updated automatically when we publish a post or create a page.
Create HTML Sitemap for Blogger
Just create a new page in blogger and give it the title "sitemap". Then copy the code below and paste the code on the page with HTML view enabled. Once you placed the code, just replace the text as [Your-Blog-Link] with your website/blog like themetaworld.blogspot.com (not https - already added). Then click Save and publish your page, now click view page and your HTML sitemap is ready to view.
